Just finished Apollyon’s Gambit and just like three time before (with the first three books) all I could say is WOW. I’ve enjoyed the series tremendously. It has just the right touch of the “real feel” of military operations and political backdoor dealings, but tempered with the Sci-Fi edge. I want more! As a twenty year retired Army Aviation officer I like to read things that have a nice taste of the soldiers live style. However I prefer Sci-Fi because it can take liberties a contemporary setting can’t. It’s the “escape” from the real world that I enjoy, while still connecting with something familiar. Please keep writing and I promise ill keep reading.
